Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling requests for the visit must be made within 24 hours before the scheduled time. You can communicate these requests via email, phone, or text. If you adhere to this policy, you will receive a full refund. However, if you fail to contact MUSE within this specified time frame, you will forfeit the entire cost of the experience. Please ensure timely communication to manage any changes to your visit.
