Custom sample packs are shipped via USPS. All sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns.

We ship throughout the continental US. For special circumstances, we can arrange international shipping at an additional cost. If there are any significant delays, we'll notify you via email.

After placing your order, you'll receive an email receipt. Once we ship your order, we'll send another email with your tracking number.

Sample Orders Sorry, but all sales of samples are final and we are unable to accept sample returns. Product Orders Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened cellophane wrap where applicable). Please email info@museexperiences.com to get return authorization and approval. If an item is returned used or the packaging is damaged, we will not accept return. MUSE is a NYS/NYC based company and as stipulated by law; sales tax is collectible on all orders shipped within the state. Orders shipped to any destination outside of NYS do not incur sales tax.
